In November of 2007, with the idea of living maximum quality in all areas and respecting the environment, Set Hotels adopted an integrating system both in its hotels and its central offices. This has resulted in the hotel chain obtaining several international distinctions ISO 9001: 2001 and ISO 14001: 2004. Also the Hotel Santo Tomas continues another year with the environmental distinction EMAS.

For Set Hotels to obtain the certificate ISO 9001 means the maximum guarantee of quality for our clients. We are always looking for ways to improve and satisfy your expectations, with the environmental certificate ISO 14001 and the EMAS of the Hotel Santo Tomas we are committed to combining tourism with helping the environment. We have introduced ways of saving energy and water, and the correct separation of waste materials (urban as well as dangerous), also the constant training of our staff in these important matters.
