The “Instituto de Calidad Turística de les Illes Balears” has awarded the Set Hotels establishments with the “Mejora Continua” hallmark, rewarding the company’s continuous improvements in Tourist Quality Management. 

The “Mejora Continua” Hallmark expects to dynamize the quality of the tourism and its environment on Balearic Islands. It gives a boost to tourist companies to introduce nationally and internationally acknowledge management systems and to fulfil the current legislation.

The Tour Operator Thomas Cook has recently awarded Hotel Port Mahón, member of Set Hotels chain, the distiction for “MARQUE OF EXCELLENCE AWARD 2007″, as a result of high quality standards, good service and the satisfaction from the guests.

 This award has been given for a secord consecutive year.

The German tour operator TUI has organized a famtrip in Menorca to make known the island to a group of 150 commercial agents from all over Germany. The arrival to Menorca was the 1^st June and they will stay in the island until the 5^th june. During these working days they will visit their touristy product in Menorca. 

Yesterday afternoon they visited the Hotel Port Mahón, belonging to Set Hotels chain and emblematic hotel in Menorca and beholden visit in the island. As soon as they were in the hotel, they bring a guided visit through the facilities to finally taste a selection of Menorca confectionery.

On 13^th May edition, the magazine Woman’s Weekly publicize the diary-report of a visitor’s group at El Rompido. 
The group, which stays at Hotel El Rompido Golf, enjoyed the natural landscapes around the hotel, visited Huelva city and admired the beauty of Doñana National Park.
