Company Philosophy

Set Hotels S.L is a hotel company created in 1995 beginning from a family group of companies related to the tourist area with SEDE in Menorca which origin dates back to 1963. The company was created with the aim of exploiting four- and five-star hotels. Nowadays the company exploits seven establishments located in Menorca and Costa de la Luz (Huelva) and it has more that 350 employers. We are a dynamic company in constant evolution, and from our beginnings we know that to obtain a great rank of costumers’ satisfaction we need to get a high standard of quality for our establishments. The company philosophy is clearly faced to fulfil the objectives that periodically settle the company Management both related to installations and the service we offer. We know that investing in quality, considering the environment respect, is investing in our future. To achieve it we try that all our staff, within a continuous improvement framework, work with these premises: 

• To do our utmost in work processes and products in order to exceed the expectations of our customers.
• To standardize the service in all the chain establishments to ensure that our guests obtain a great satisfaction degree, independently of the chosen establishment for their stays.
• The thorough control of the impacts that our activity generates in the environment. We manage our residues and we efficiently prevent the contamination. We involve our staff and our suppliers in environment steps.
• The fulfilment of all the rules that control our activity. We watch over the fulfilment of all the requirements that tourist, environmental, health, labour and data processing legislation demand in our establishments. We develop our activity with health and safety guarantees for our staff and customers assigning enough technical, human and economic resources.

Annually Set Hotels management proposed new objectives to deploy this company philosophy,that is periodically checked to its continuous and appropriated actualization.

Brand architecture

Set Hotels’ strategy is based on monolithic brand architecture. In other words, using the brand Seth as a basis, three sub-brands are developed: Plus, Style and Resort. Each sub-brand defines a category of hotels that have a series of common elements.

According to this brand architecture, each category is defined in a particular way:

Seth is the global brand of this national small hotel company with hotels in Menorca and in Costa de la Luz, Huelva. The hotels offer several possibilities: holidays, golf, spa and business. They are all adapted to the characteristics of each area and offer the same quality and service standards.

The category “Plus” defines the hotel with highest category of the company, the five-star hotel. This hotel offers a quality service and a great amount of facilities, and has a privileged location. Apart from that, it offers golf, spa and conference rooms for business. 

The category “Style” is used to designate the hotels Seth that offer a quality service with a lower category than the Plus one. Nevertheless, they are all situated in privileged areas near the coast of Menorca and offer several facilities. All of them share similar features and stand out for its comfort.

The category “Resort” includes the groups of apartments that belong to resorts, perfect for families with children and the sea lovers. This category also includes apartments that are located in a privileged area near the coast and that have several facilities available.
