Set Hotels’ strategy is based on monolithic brand architecture. In other words, using the brand Seth as a basis, three sub-brands are developed: Plus, Style and Resort. Each sub-brand defines a category of hotels that have a series of common elements.
According to this brand architecture, each category is defined in a particular way. Seth is the global brand of this national small hotel company with hotels in Menorca. The hotels offer several possibilities: holidays, golf, spa and business. They are all adapted to the characteristics of each area and offer the same quality and service standards.
