TERMS & CONDITIONS

The price includes: Full risk insurance with no excess (SOME ITEMS EXCLUDED), theft protection, unlimited mileage , 1 extra driver, airport serv. (07.00-22.00) and vat.

INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER DRIVING UNDER THE EFECTS OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL, CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR TOTAL COST FOR ANY DAMAGE MADE.

EXCLUDED DAMAGE

Wet or lost keys
Puncture , tyres
Damage to underside of car
Wrong refuelling
Glass (windows etc ..)
Damage to the interior of car.

Credit card needed for liability
Payment method for total or only extras credit card. (visa,access,mastercard).

Pick-ups and collection during office hours, Airport 07:00 to 22:00, only out of hours for Airport with flight number.
For Pick-ups at Ports a mobile telephone is needed.
There is a courtsey delay time of 59 minutes, after we charge an extra day.
Minimum rental age 21 with 1 years experience, for groups on request a minumum of 25 years with 4 year experience.

DRIVERS UNDER 25 years HAVE A SUPPLEMENT OF 15,00 EUROS                                 

FUEL POLICY
For rentals from 6 days is FULL/EMPTY
For rentals 3-4 & 5 days FULL/FULL can be arranged.

Car cannot be taken outside the island.
Once started rental we do not give refunds.

EXTRAS

Baby seats & boosters = 3,50 EUROS Vat included per day MAXIMUM 40,00 EUROS
Out of hours only for Airport from 22hrs = 25 euros per rental vat included
2nd addtional driver = 2,50 euros x day vat included , MAXIMUM 25,00 EUROS
DROP OFF (ONE WAY) less than 6 DAYS = 30,00 vat included
Tyres and glass cover (SRC) = 25,00 euros var included per rental
FULL COVER EXCLUTIONS (SCDW) = 58,00 vat included per rental
YOUNG DRIVER = 15,00  euros per rental  (Less then 25 more then 21)

Delivery at hotel or apartment  = 25,00 vat included 
Delivery and pick ups at MAHON & CIUDADELA Port = 25,00 vat included.
