- Creation of new protocols for prevention and for action in case of risk.
- Training on safe work and hygienic processes for all our staff.
- Posters with action recommendations for both clients and staff.
- Use of cleaning and disinfection products authorized by the Spanish Health Ministry.
- Hydroalcoholic gel provision in all guest and staff areas.
- Redistribution of tables in restaurants and bars respecting safety distance and creation of circulation flows of people according to recommendations.
- Reorganization of traditional buffet restaurant services for assisted service or table service with individual portions in buffet and personalized kitchen in show-cooking.
- Adaptation and reorganization of the internal working and cleaning system with more significant hygienic measures.
- Maximum use of local food & beverage km 0 products collaborating with the local producers on the island and minimizing the entry of external products.
