The strategy of Seth is based on a monolithic brand architecture, that is, starting with the Seth brand as its basis, two sub-brands are developed: Style and Resort. Each of these sub-brands defines a category of establishments that are characterised by having a series of common elements.
Continuing with that brand architecture, each category is defined in a specific way. The Seth brand is the global brand of this national hotel chain in Minorca, formed by holiday, as well as spa and business hotels, all adapted to the specific features of each area and offering the same quality and service standards.
