
Since 2012 season, Sethotels has a system for customer satisfaction questionnaires online. Thus all staying in our local customers can answer the questionnaires sent to them via email.
This new systematic survey lets us know rating and comments from our customers, and help us to improve our service.
To encourage responses from our customers, Set Hotels is annually giving away a stay of one week in Hotel Seth 55 Santo Tomás between all questionnaires received during the season.
